Guest Blogging at The CSI Project Today!

Good morning!  Look what will greet you if you head over the The CSI Project today:

my interchangable chevron doormat!  I'll show more of my front entryway makeover later here on my blog, but if you want directions on how to make this doormat you can find them on The CSI Project.  You can link up your outdoor and gardening projects at the end of the week as well.

The cool thing about this doormat is you can change out the inner piece (ha ha, at first I wrote "inner peace," guess who's feeling a bit overwhelmed at the moment?!) to say whatever you want.  I chose the words "hi." and "jingle.", but you can use your house numbers, monogram, symbols... whatever strikes your fancy.  Hope you'll stop over and see it, and leave your two cents as to what you'd put in the middle!

Have a wonderful Tuesday, friends.  Just four more days until the weekend, when my mother-in-law comes for her weekly visit and dresses Bee in my husband's baby clothes so we can get photos like this:

He's going to love me in about 16 years when I pull out these photos.  ;-)

{If you are visiting my blog from the CSI Project, welcome!  To learn a little about my daughter you can visit here.  In terms of fun stuff, my Features tab is still under construction so I'll just tell you my last DIY project was a photo clock, my last recipe was a lavender martini, my last party was a boat themed 1st birthday, and my favorite post this month year was A Girlfriend's Guide to Charleston.  Hope you'll stick around for awhile and explore!}

    *I know this is like my 7th comment but I'm not stalking you. I read you on my phone but it's impossible to comment so I'm just catching up on leaving my two cents. I promise*
